With a background shaped by Formula SAE and early-stage medical device startups, Alexis specializes in transforming complex technical challenges into reliable, manufacturable solutions.

At Sonosa Medical, Alexis leads coordinated efforts between electrical and mechanical subsystems, ensured comprehensive documentation, and designed key mechanical components—including probe actuation mechanisms and prototype enclosures produced via SLA and FDM printing. He also performs routine 3D-printer maintenance, run advice quality-control processes in preparation for clinical trials, and self-taught injection-molding workflows to reduce manufacturing costs.
